Golf Tournament
Exclusive Sponsorship - $7,500
The golf tournament is the single, highest-visibility sponsorship available at Summit 12. This year, it will take place on Sunday afternoon, kicking off the conference. The golf tournament is always our most popular event and is talked about throughout the conference — don’t miss out on the opportunity to get your company maximum visibility among the ADP Taxware community.
As a sponsor, your company will be promoted through the ADP Taxware Summit 12 Website, giving you six months’ worth of visibility. You’ll also be noted as a tournament sponsor in the Summit 12 Pocket Guide, and in various signage throughout the conference. At the event itself, you will be recognized on signs and golf carts and you will be able to give a short acknowledgement at the golf reception. Your sponsorship includes passes for a maximum of five golfers from your company.
About the Course
The Revere presents a blend of beauty and challenge unlike any other in southern Nevada. Draped through the rugged desert canyons and valleys of the Las Vegas foothills, The Revere Golf Club offers unending, awe-inspiring views of the city below and mountains beyond, and the Lexington’s stunning 7,143-yard, par-72 layout will test your shot-making capabilities with classic risk/reward scenarios. The Concord Course, their latest creation, offers a 7,034-yard, par-72 layout that offers Bermuda fairways and large greens. At The Revere Golf Club, you’ll find a variety of options to accommodate your game, regardless of skill level.
Cocktail Reception on the Outdoor Grand Patio
Exclusive Sponsorship - $5,000
Join ADP Taxware in welcoming attendees to the Summit at the cocktail reception on Monday. This year the festivities will take place outside, on the Grand Patio overlooking the pool area. Great food, cocktails, and networking will ensure a big turnout at this marquee event. With this sponsorship, you will gain visibility on welcome signs, table signs, and you will be able to hang your company banner. The exclusive sponsor will also be allowed to say a few words at the start of the event.
Cyber Café
Exclusive Sponsorship - $3,500
Taxware Summit 12 attendees enjoy this popular free service to stay in touch with colleagues and family via email. The Cyber Café will occupy a section of the Business Solutions Expo, giving you tremendous visibility. If you are already an exhibitor, the Cyber Café can be placed next to your booth, space permitting. Your company’s logo will appear on the screensaver of each computer in the Cyber Café.
Lunch
Sponsorship - $3,000
Sponsor a conference luncheon with table signs recognizing your company as that day’s lunch sponsor. Sponsorship includes a short announcement to be delivered before lunch and a literature drop at each table. Lunch sponsorships are available Monday and Tuesday.
Poolside Cabana Social
Sponsorship - $2,500
Put Summit 12 attendees in the proper frame of mind for the conference by sponsoring an afternoon of relaxation poolside at the Bellagio. Set in a distinctive courtyard setting, Bellagio's pool area captures the romance of the Old World in the classical setting of a Mediterranean villa. Become a sponsor of our poolside cabana event and gain visibility in ADP Taxware’s ten reserved poolside cabanas. With this sponsorship, you will get table signs with your company’s logo in each cabana as well as signage in the two main cabanas. Take advantage of this opportunity to mingle with the ADP Taxware community in a casual, relaxing, poolside setting.

Rise and shine with a hearty breakfast. Table signs will be placed in the breakfast area recognizing your company as a morning sponsor. Breakfast sponsorships are available Monday and Tuesday.
Summit Portfolio
Sponsorship - $2,000
New for Summit 12, attendees will receive all of their materials in a portfolio. For visibility that lasts beyond the conference, add your company logo to these high-end portfolios. Attendees will have many opportunities to use this branded item for both personal and business purposes when they return from the conference.
Networking Break
Sponsorship - $1,500
This is your opportunity to make an impact when people least expect it. They’ll be grateful for your hospitality and you’ll be noticed. Sponsorship includes serving station signs with your company logo as well as logo napkins. Break sponsorships are available Monday morning, Monday afternoon, Tuesday morning, and Tuesday afternoon.
